With a full vegetarian section, and even low calorie, but not restricted desserts, this is a life saviour for sure. I have forced myself to make as much recipes as possible from the book, even if I didn’t know the ingredients or the spices. It's hard to find low calorie diet books that cater to vegetarian diets as well, and then this book came along.I like Tom and his usually unpretentious recipes, we watched the accompanying TV programme and bought the book, as, for health reasons, I need some food with flavour, as chemotherapy has numbed mine, but agave and yuzo!
